Preston Guyton has spent the last 20 years in the real estate industry of the coastal Carolinas. He became a licensed Realtor in 2004, and shortly thereafter became a licensed South Carolina Residential contractor. Currently, he is a licensed broker in North and South Carolina, an Unlimited NASCALA General Contractor, and a licensed MLO in 5 states.
For many in the industry, 2006-2008 were tough years, leaving Guyton inspired to make a change. In 2010, he launched CRG Companies, Inc., focused on designing and building homes to a higher standard of technology and green construction. The company quickly gained recognition for both its innovative construction and general brokerage capabilities. In addition, Guyton has helped launch several companies that swiftly exceeded over 100 million in yearly sales.
In 2021, Guyton’s combined passions for marketing and real estate gave way to ez Home Search, Inc. Focused on real estate consulting and simplified searching, the website connects potential clients with real estate and mortgage companies in their region, educating and empowering them throughout the process.
